    We had a wonderful 3-night family getaway. The cleanliness of our beautiful room made a great impression, and the presence of two sinks was a definite bonus for us with kids. The hotel staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. The kids loved the playgrounds both outside and inside, allowing us some peaceful moments to enjoy a drink together. There are several outdoor jacuzzis with different mineralizations for a unique experience, perfect after a day filled with activities. The diverse dining options, including Bulgarian and international cuisine, catered to everyone's tastes, ensuring family-friendly meals every night.

    The parking situation could be better, as available spaces were somewhat limited .

    The hotel was romantic, and clean, and the location was top and nice in the center of the city. Location: the venue was near to Velingrad for the Spa, other restaurants and coral reef. It was close to Restaurant Veseloto Selo, where you can have lunch.

    The Beautiful Double Room was cozy and very clean, perfect for a family like ours. I loved having two sinks in the bathroom. It made mornings so much easier with the kids. The view from the balcony was unbeatable, and we enjoyed the fresh mountain air. Plus, the beds were super comfy.

    The cleaning of pools and jacuzzis needs urgent attention!!! It's unacceptable to find dirt in outdoor jacuzzis when you expect a five-star experience. The parking situation could be greatly improved, not so messy!!!

    Relaxing vibes in Velingrad 🌊🌄

    The breakfast was proper lekker with fresh fruit and great vegan options. The staff was super friendly and helpful, especially when we asked about trails. Had a jol at the Taverna with live music and some fine local wine!

    Pool didn't meet our expectations. It was a bit on the small side and just not as warm as we hoped.
